Lory A. Fischler 

Lory Fischler is Center for Mentoring Excellence’sSenior Associate..  She is a dynamic, insightful and seasoned professional with over twenty five years’ experience in consulting, training and coaching clients from a diverse array of organizations, including Fortune 500, healthcare, manufacturing, government and nonprofit organizations. She has conducted mentoring training programs for corporate, government and educational institutions. 

Lory is a facilitator par excellence. In her role as the company’s program development specialist, she partners with clients to build customized mentoring and leadership training programs. She has many years of experience working with health care leaders to create robust and sustainable mentoring programs.

Lory is the co-author Starting Strong: A Mentoring Fable (2014) and The Mentee’s Guide: Making Mentoring Work for You (2009). In addition, she has written articles on the topics of leadership and mentoring and co-produced a series of toolkits focusing on mentoring excellence.

Ms. Fischler is a graduate of Lake Erie College and studied at the University of Grenoble, Boston University and Boston State University. She worked at Motorola University as a master instructor and was the first person to receive its Instructor of the Year Award.
