Lory Fischler is the associate director of Center for Mentoring Excellence. She has over twenty-five years’ experience in consulting, training and coaching clients from a diverse array of organizations, including Fortune 500, healthcare, manufacturing, government and nonprofit organizations.

Lory is the co-author of Starting Strong: A Mentoring Fable and The Mentee’s Guide: Making Mentoring Work for You). She has coauthored numerous articles on the topics of leadership and mentoring, facilitated global webinars and seminars focused on mentoring excellence and interviewed and coached hundreds of mentors and mentees to help them achieve their goals.

Lory is a graduate of Lake Erie College and studied at the University of Grenoble, Boston University and Boston State University. She resides in Phoenix, Arizona is an active community leader.
